Acceptance Summary

On the morning of September 15, 2024, INPEK Fitness (Wuhu) Co., Ltd. held a summary meeting for the acceptance of the Kingdee Cloud Starry Sky PLM-ERP project in the headquarters conference room. A sub venue was set up in Qingdao, and the meeting was held simultaneously in offline and online formats. The meeting was chaired by Mr. Li from INPEK, and attendees included Mr. Yang, Mr. Zhang, and department heads from INPEK

The relevant persons in charge of the Qingdao branch venue, Mr. Chu, Mr. Lv, and project team members of Kingdee Company.

The meeting aims to review and summarize the implementation of the nine month PLM-ERP project, and look forward to the next development direction of enterprise informatization process.

Project background and initiation:

Since its establishment, INPEK has been committed to optimizing enterprise management and enhancing market competitiveness through information technology. With the expansion of enterprise business, traditional research and development, supply chain, and sales systems are unable to meet the rapidly changing market demands. To address these challenges, INPEK has decided to introduce the Kingdee Cloud Starry Sky PLM-ERP system to achieve comprehensive optimization of business processes and integrated data management.

At the end of 2023, the Kingdee consulting team officially entered INPEK to restart the implementation of the PLM-ERP project. The main goal of the project is to use information technology to connect various links from product development to production and sales, achieve data sharing, optimize business processes, and improve management efficiency.

Review of Implementation Process:

1. Complete historical material data:

At the beginning of the project, the consulting team spent a lot of time organizing and improving INPEK's historical material data. Due to the complexity of material data and the long-term lack of systematic management, the team optimized the cumbersome data structure into a manageable form through data cleaning and standardization, laying a solid foundation for the subsequent system launch.

2. Business process optimization:

To ensure a high degree of integration between the system and the existing business processes of the enterprise, the Kingdee team worked closely with various business departments of INPEK to reorganize the business processes of research and development, procurement, production, sales, and other links. Through process optimization, the internal information flow of the enterprise has been highly integrated, eliminating the phenomenon of "information silos" between departments and improving overall operational efficiency.

3. Employee training and operational standards:

During the system deployment, the consulting team conducted multiple rounds of training for operators to ensure that each employee was proficient in system operations, especially in complex production management and sales quotation processes. The team helped employees quickly adapt to the new system operating environment through simulation exercises and other methods.

4. Integration of supply chain and sales modules:

The successful integration of the supply chain and sales modules is a major highlight of this project. Through system integration, INPEK is able to track material supply, inventory, and order status in real-time, ensuring that production plans are highly matched with market demand, thereby shortening delivery cycles and improving customer satisfaction.

Improvement of Enterprise Management Level:

Mr. Chu and Mr. Lv from Kingdee fully affirmed the successful acceptance of the project in their speech, and elaborated on the profound impact of the PLM-ERP system on INPEK's business.

Mr. Chu pointed out that the PLM-ERP system not only improves the internal collaboration efficiency of the enterprise, but also helps INPEK enhance its market adaptability through full process digital management. In the rapidly changing global market environment, information management has become a key factor for enterprises to maintain competitiveness.

Mr. Lv further stated that the successful implementation of this project has laid a solid foundation for deeper cooperation between the two parties in the future. Kingdee looks forward to collaborating with INPEK in more areas to help enterprises achieve comprehensive digital transformation upgrades.

The contribution of PLM system to research and development work:

INPEK General Zhang conducted an in-depth evaluation of the application effectiveness of PLM systems from a technical perspective. Mr. Zhang stated that the application effect of PLM system in the research and development field is significant, especially in terms of the accuracy of drawings, the universality of standard parts, and the sharing of design data. The system greatly improves the efficiency and stability of research and development for enterprises. Through the effective operation of the system, the R&D team can not only complete the design and verification of new products in a shorter time, but also ensure a high degree of consistency and standardization in design quality.

Outlook for the Future Informatization Strategy of Enterprises:

At the end of the meeting, Mr. Yang from INPEK made a concluding speech.

He first congratulated the successful acceptance of the project and expressed sincere gratitude to the Kingdee team, especially the project implementation consultant Mr. Pan, for their professional dedication.

Mr. Yang emphasized that the successful acceptance of the project is not the end point, but a new starting point for INPEK's information construction. In the future, enterprises will continue to increase investment in the fields of informatization and intelligence, gradually realizing the full chain intelligent management of research and development, production, and sales through the comprehensive operation of PLM-ERP system, and laying a solid foundation for the future development of enterprises.

Mr. Yang also pointed out that the successful launch of information systems has made the operation and management of enterprises more precise, fast, and efficient, further enhancing their market competitiveness. With the continuous advancement of enterprise informatization, INPEK will actively explore deeper cooperation with Kingdee to jointly promote the enterprise towards new glory.
